What will I get for my $49.95?
You will get a customized poem, based on facts supplied by you
about the recipients for the occasion specified. Depending
upon the amount of facts you wish to be included, the poems are
usually eight to ten stanzas (a stanza being 4 lines).
Valentine's Poems are always just
$39.95 through Feb.

I see payment is required before you will take my information. What if I don’t like what you send me, once I’ve paid for it
Once your payment has been received, I will make every good-faith
effort to see that you
are completely satisfied and make a reasonable amount of changes to that end.
How soon can I expect to see the finished product, once I provide the necessary information?
I will make every effort to email you my first draft within a
couple of days. If changes are
requested, I will do so immediately, and I will continue to make a reasonable amount of
changes until it meets with your approval. I want you to LOVE
it. Then, the hard copy, on stationery of your
choosing, suitable for framing, will go in the mail, and you should receive it within
3 working days via U.S. Postal Service's Priority Mail.
What if I need it immediately?
For a “desperation” fee of $25.00, and an overnight delivery charge of an additional $20.00,
you may receive the hard copy 48 hours after I receive your approval of the final product.
(You will be sent a bill separately for $45.00 for any RUSH order. Please make a NOTE in
the Special Instructions Section during information procedure.)
RETURN / REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the personalized nature of this product, cancellations will only be
accepted within the first 24 hours after the order is placed.
